Serving North Branch, MN area

North Branch located about 45 miles north of the Twin Cities on interstate 35 incorporated in 1881.  In 1881, North Branch boasted of two good hotels, a boarding house, two grain elevators, a sawmill, a three-story "flouring" mill, a tin shop, four general stores and a warehouse. It had 149 families that lived in 139 houses. A visitor to the town remarked on the many trees—oaks and maples—that shaded yards and roads. North Branch also had a reputation as a fishing and hunting paradise: passenger pigeons, ducks and geese, deer, trout, bass and northern pike were plentiful.

Many things have changed in North Branch since incorporation in 1881, today we a bustling community of approximately 10,000.  We have many local shopping and dining facilities.  Most visitors to our area come to shop at our local outlet mall or one of the many fine new businesses that are on the west side of town.  A visitor can still get the old town feel by visiting down town North Branch or experiencing one of the Thursday evening concerts that go on at Central Park during the summer.

Timber Bay outreach to the youth is new to our area and we are anticipating having a very positive impact on residents in North Branch.
