Serving Bemidji, MN area for 36 years

Bemidji, the "First City on the Mississippi", has been famous for years as the home of folk heroes, Paul Bunyan, and Babe, the Blue Ox. Maybe you are one of thousands who over the years have had your picture taken by the lakeside statues. Bemidji’s natural beauty is seen in the numerous lakes, wildlife and surrounding forests.
Timber Bay and its staff have been an active part in the lives of youth and their families in the Bemidji community for over 36 years. Maybe you were or are one of these young people and remember someone who made a difference in your life. Relationships. That's what Timber Bay is all about.

Do you recognize Timber Bay house that was located on the corner of Minnesota Avenue and 8th Street? This was "home" to hundreds of young people over almost all of Timber Bay’s 35 years in Bemidji. This property was purchased by Beltrami County in January 2005 in their ongoing expansion of government buildings in downtown Bemidji. If you visit and are looking for the old Timber Bay House you won?t find it. That corner is now a parking lot.
Timber Bay continued as usual during these past four years of transition until a new facility was secured. It's not the buildings. It's the relationships. That's what Timber Bay is all about. Check it out! Looking for our new Timber Bay home? You'll find it at 234 Gerald Lane NW. (Heading west out of Bemidji on 5th Street, Gerald Lane is on the right across from the high school tennis courts.)
